• How can I charge the headlamp?

  You can charge the headlamp with phone charger (USB-C) 

  
  

• Does All heady+ have a diffused red mode?

  No, it doesn’t. Only Heady+ BKDR has a diffused red mode.

  
  

• After using Heady+, I press the button but it’s unresponsive. What should I do?

  Please check whether lock mode is on. Press and hold the power button over 5sec to turn off lock mode.
